Traffic adaptive dividers

Have you ever been annoyed by miles and miles of traffic on one side of the divider, and empty road on the other side?

From what I have experienced, in such a scenario only the go-mata has the power of free will for where to stand or s(h)it. The traffic simply adapts. Now that's literally a "divine intervention"!
